患者背景: 87 歳, 女性

所見

診断

右PCA領域梗塞

サンプルレポート

右後頭葉の低吸収および灰白質・白質境界の消失、急性/早期亜急性虚血を疑う。右視床腹外側部の低吸収は時期不明の梗塞を表す。いずれも右PCA領域に属する。梗塞の範囲をさらに評価するためMRIが有用である。

圧排効果や出血性変化の所見なし。

考察

  • 視床はPCAにより灌流されていることを記憶しておくこと
