Constatations

  • Rounded soft tissue structure measuring up to 3 mm in the upper aspect of the left mesotympanum abutting the handle of the malleus without osseous erosions
  • Otherwise normal appearance of both temporal bones
  • Bilateral cochlear clefts (left, right), incidental developmental variants
