  • Nodularidad agrupada hiperintensa en T2/FLAIR que compromete el opérculo frontal derecho y la ínsula superior
  • Apariencia normal de la corteza suprayacente
  • Sin realce, restricción de la difusión ni artefacto de susceptibilidad correspondiente
