  • Superior subluxation of the distal clavicle relative to the acromion with widening of the acromioclavicular joint
  • Acute nondisplaced right first rib fracture

Diagnosis

Grade II acromioclavicular separation

Rib fracture

Sample Report

Age-indeterminate grade II acromioclavicular separation.

Normal coracoclavicular distance.

Acute nondisplaced right first rib fracture without discernible associated pneumothorax. Recommend dedicated chest imaging for further evaluation.
