  • Acute nondisplaced scapular fracture with extension into the inferior glenoid
  • Patchy right midlung airspace opacification

Diagnosis

Scapula fracture

Sample Report

Acute nondisplaced scapular fracture with extension into the inferior glenoid.

No joint malalignment.

Patchy right midlung airspace opacification, which may represent pulmonary contusion. Recommend correlation with dedicated chest imaging.
