Remote Hill-Sachs fracture

Sample Report

Tiny ossific density inferior to the glenoid, consistent with age-indeterminate Bankart fracture.

Mild flattening of the posterolateral humeral head, consistent with age-indeterminate Hill-Sachs fracture.

No malalignment.
