Diagnosis

Anterior shoulder dislocation with Hill-Sachs fracture

Sample Report

Anterior shoulder dislocation. Mild flattening of the posterolateral humeral head, concerning for Hill-Sachs fracture. Recommend attention on post-reduction radiographs for possible additional associated fractures.
