Demographics: 17 years old, Male
Indication: Indication: Dirt bike accident

Findings

  • Acute transverse fracture through the surgical neck of the left humerus with approximately 5 cm override and anteromedial displacement of the distal fracture fragment
  • Acute comminuted fracture of the left scapular body with 7 mm distraction along the superior margin
  • Acute minimally displaced left clavicle fracture at the junction of the medial and middle thirds
