Indication: Indication: Acute shoulder pain

Findings

  • Acute mildly displaced fracture of the anterior/inferior glenoid
  • Slight flattening of the posterior humeral head

Diagnosis

Bankart and Hill-Sachs fractures

Sample Report

Acute mildly displaced fracture of the anterior/inferior glenoid (Bankart fracture).

Slight flattening of the posterior humeral head, which is concerning for Hill-Sachs fracture.

No joint malalignment.
