- Superior left hemipelvic translation with diastasis of the pubic symphysis and left sacroiliac joint
- Acute fracture of the left sacral wing with a superiorly displaced S1 fragment
- Acute comminuted, mildly displaced fracture of the right superior pubic ramus
- Acute mildly displaced fracture of the right inferior pubic ramus
- Acute laterally distracted fracture of the left L5 transverse process
Diagnosis
Unstable pelvic injury (vertical shear)

Unstable vertical shear pelvic injury with superior left hemipelvic translation and diastasis of the pubic symphysis and left sacroiliac joint.
Acute fractures of the left sacral wing with a superiorly displaced S1 fragment, right superior and inferior pubic rami, and of the left L5 transverse process with lateral distraction.
