Diagnosis

Obturator ring fractures

Sample Report

Acute comminuted, minimally displaced left superior pubic ramus fracture.

Acute nondisplaced left inferior pubic ramus fracture.

No diastasis of the pubic symphysis or sacroiliac joints.

Both hips are located.
