  • Osseous expansion and mottled lucency in both medial clavicles with periosteal reaction
  • No acute fracture or malalignment

Diagnosis

Osteomyelitis (Chronic Recurrent Multifocal Osteomyelitis)

Sample Report

Osseous expansion and mottled lucency in both medial clavicles with periosteal reaction. Findings raise concern for osteomyelitis with bilateral clavicular involvement being typical (but not pathognomonic) for Chronic Recurrent Multifocal Osteomyelitis (CRMO).

No acute fracture or malalignment.
