- Expansile lucent lesion in the medial aspect of the distal femoral metaphysis measuring 6 x 5 x 2.5 cm with a wide zone of transition and overlying medial and posterior cortical irregularity with periosteal reaction
- No acute fracture or malalignment

Aneurysmal bone cyst

Expansile lucent lesion in the medial aspect of the distal femoral metaphysis measuring 6 x 5 x 2.5 cm with a wide zone of transition and overlying medial and posterior cortical irregularity with periosteal reaction. These findings are consistent with an aggressive lesion. Recommend MRI for further characterization.
No acute fracture or malalignment.
