- Small ossific fragment along the lateral joint line adjacent to the lateral femoral condyle
- Large lipohemarthrosis
- No joint malalignment

Sample Report
Small ossific fragment along the lateral joint line adjacent to the lateral femoral condyle, which could represent a fracture fragment of unclear donor site or joint body. Given the presence of a large lipohemarthrosis, acute fracture is suspected and MRI is recommended for further evaluation.
No joint malalignment.
