  • Osteochondral defect in the articular surface of the lateral femoral condyle measuring approximately 2 cm with 3 mm inferior displacement
  • Small joint effusion

Diagnosis

Osteochondral defect (OCD)

Osteochondral defect (OCD) in the articular surface of the lateral femoral condyle measuring approximately 2 cm with 3 mm inferior displacement. Consider MRI to further assess for signs of instability.

Small joint effusion.

No joint malalignment.
