- Acute supracondylar humeral fracture with slight posterior displacement of the distal fracture fragment
- Tiny ossific fragment along the anterior aspect of the distal humeral epiphysis, which may represent a fracture fragment in the joint space
- Large elbow joint effusion
- Soft tissue swelling about the elbow
