- Acute lateral condylar fracture (Salter IV) with 1 cm lateral displacement
- Dorsal dislocation of the radial head
- Small ossific density distal to the medial epicondyle concerning for avulsion fracture
- Elbow joint effusion
- Soft tissue swelling about the elbow
