Diagnosis

Osteochondral defect

Sample Report

Nondisplaced osteochondral defect of the capitellum measuring 7 x 5 mm. MRI could be considered to assess for signs of instability.

Otherwise, no evidence of acute fracture or malalignment.

No joint effusion.
