  • Acute mildly displaced oblique fracture of the distal fibula with fracture line at the level of the tibial plafond medially
  • Overlying soft tissue swelling

Diagnosis

Weber type B fracture

Acute mildly displaced oblique fracture of the distal fibula with fracture line at the level of the tibial plafond medially (Weber B).

Ankle mortise is congruent.
