Findings
- Healing nondisplaced Salter IV fracture of the distal tibia
- Healing nondisplaced distal fibular metaphyseal fracture
- Bands of sclerosis in the distal talus and plantar aspect of the posterior calcaneus
- Osteopenia
- Soft tissue swelling about the ankle
Diagnosis
Stress fractures
Sample Report
Healing nondisplaced Salter IV fracture of the distal tibia and nondisplaced distal fibular metaphyseal fracture.
Bands of sclerosis in the distal talus and plantar aspect of the posterior calcaneus are concerning for stress fractures.
No acute displaced fracture or joint malalignment.
Osteopenia.
