  • Acute vertically-oriented fracture of the distal tibial epiphysis with continuation through the lateral aspect of the physis, which is mildly widened
  • Lateral ankle soft tissue swelling

Diagnosis

Tillaux fracture

Sample Report

Acute vertically-oriented fracture of the distal tibial epiphysis with continuation through the lateral aspect of the physis (Tillaux fracture), which is mildly widened.

Overlying soft tissue swelling.

No joint malalignment.
