- Acute mildly comminuted fracture of the distal fibula with apex medial angulation and extension into the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis
- Acute mildly displaced fracture of the posterolateral distal tibial metaphysis with extension into the physis
- Acute minimally displaced fracture of the medial malleolus
- Acute minimally displaced fracture along the proximal margin of the cuboid
- Widening of the medial aspect of the distal tibial physis
- Extensive soft tissue swelling about the ankle
