- Small ossific density along the medial aspect of the base of the second metatarsal
- Acute nondisplaced fracture of the distal cuboid with a tiny fracture fragment in the fifth tarsometatarsal joint
- Incidental os vesalianum pedis

Lisfranc fracture/subluxation
Sample Report
Findings concerning for Lisfranc fracture/subluxation with mild lateral subluxation at the second TMT joint and a small avulsion fracture fragment along the medial aspect of the base of the second metatarsal. Consider CT for further evaluation.
Acute nondisplaced fracture of the distal cuboid with a tiny fracture fragment in the fifth tarsometatarsal joint.
