Enteric tube tip overlies the gastric cardia.
Cystic structure in the right mid lung and right lung base, which may represent a congenital pulmonary airway malformation (CPAM). Recommend chest CT for further evaluation.
Diffuse groundglass opacification throughout the left lung and in the right upper lung, which may relate to volume loss or edema.
No pleural effusion or pneumothorax.
Normal size and configuration of the cardiothymic silhouette.
