Findings

  • No focal airspace disease, pleural effusion, or pneumothorax
  • Normal size and configuration of the cardiothymic silhouette
  • Permeative lesion in the proximal left humerus with adjacent periosteal reaction

Diagnosis

Osteosarcoma (corner finding)

Normal size and configuration of the cardiothymic silhouette.

Permeative lesion in the proximal left humerus with adjacent periosteal reaction, concerning for an aggressive infection or neoplasm. Recommend dedicated humerus radiographs for further evaluation.
