Findings
- Focal indentation along the dorsal aspect of the cord and ventral cord displacement at the level of the T6 superior endplate
- No abnormal cord signal
- Normal marrow signal
- Normal alignment
- Small posterior disc bulges at multiple levels without significant spinal canal or neural foraminal stenosis
Diagnosis
Dorsal arachnoid web
Sample Report
Focal indentation along the dorsal aspect of the cord and ventral cord displacement at the level of the T6 superior endplate which raises concern for a dorsal arachnoid web or dorsal arachnoid cyst. No abnormal cord signal.
