Findings
- Right retinal detachment with enhancement of the displaced membranes and of the posterior aspect of the right globe
- No evidence of acute infarct, hemorrhage, mass effect, or hydrocephalus
- Few tiny T2/FLAIR signal hyperintensities in the cerebral white matter, which are nonspecific but not greater in number than expected for patient age

Right retinal detachment with enhancement of the displaced membranes and of the posterior aspect of the right globe, which though nonspecific could relate to chorioretinitis. Recommend ophthalmology evaluation.
No evidence of acute intracranial abnormality.
