- FLAIR signal hyperintensity in the left inferior frontal sulcus
- Right greater than left scalp hematomas and right periorbital hematoma
- Patchy subcortical and periventricular T2/FLAIR white matter hyperintensities
- Generalized cerebral and cerebellar volume loss
- Minimal mucosal thickening of both maxillary sinuses
- Bilateral pseudophakia

Subarachnoid hemorrhage
Sample Report
Small volume acute subarachnoid hemorrhage in the left inferior frontal sulcus. No parenchymal hemorrhage, hydrocephalus, or intracranial mass effect.
Right greater than left scalp hematomas and right periorbital hematoma.
Background of generalized cerebral and cerebellar volume loss and chronic small vessel disease.
