- Tangle of vessels centered in the left precentral gyrus at the location of the motor hand knob measuring 2 x 1.5 cm with feeding arterial branches from the superior and inferior divisions of the left MCA and superficial venous drainage via an engorged left cortical vein to the superior sagittal sinus
- No acute infarct, hemorrhage, mass effect, or hydrocephalus
