Findings

  • No acute intracranial abnormality
  • Opacification of a few left mastoid air cells without definite temporal bone fracture
  • Bilateral superficial parotid lesions
  • Mucosal thickening of the paranasal sinuses, most pronounced in the left maxillary sinus

Diagnosis

No acute intracranial abnormality.

Opacification of a few left mastoid air cells without definite temporal bone fracture.

Bilateral superficial parotid gland lesions. Recommend non-emergent ENT evaluation.

Mucosal thickening of the paranasal sinuses, most pronounced in the left maxillary sinus.
