- Acute nondisplaced odontoid fracture (type III) with fracture extension into the left C2 transverse process and transverse foramen
- Moderate multilevel cervical spondylosis, most advanced at C3-C4. Bilateral right greater than left facet hypertrophy

Type III odontoid fracture
