Demographics: 77 years old, Female
Indication: Fall

Findings

  • Acute nondisplaced right occipital condyle fracture
  • Acute mildly displaced C4 and C5 spinous process fractures
  • 3 mm anterolisthesis of C7 on T1, likely related to left greater than right degenerative facet disease at this level
  • Multilevel moderate cervical spondylosis with disc space narrowing most advanced at C5-C6
  • 9 mm hypoattenuating nodule in the right thyroid lobe, which does not meet size criteria for further imaging evaluation

Diagnosis

Occipital condyle fracture

Sample Report

Acute nondisplaced right occipital condyle fracture.

Acute mildly displaced C4 and C5 spinous process fractures.

No traumatic malalignment. 

3 mm anterolisthesis of C7 on T1, likely related to left greater than right degenerative facet disease at this level.
