Findings
- Acute nondisplaced right occipital condyle fracture
- Acute mildly displaced C4 and C5 spinous process fractures
- 3 mm anterolisthesis of C7 on T1, likely related to left greater than right degenerative facet disease at this level
- Multilevel moderate cervical spondylosis with disc space narrowing most advanced at C5-C6
- 9 mm hypoattenuating nodule in the right thyroid lobe, which does not meet size criteria for further imaging evaluation
