Findings
- Acute minimally displaced fracture of the left sacral ala
- Favored remote L2 superior endplate compression fracture with 10% height loss and no bony retropulsion
- No traumatic malalignment. Lumbar levocurvature and minimal leftward translation of L4 on L5 are favored degenerative in etiology
- Multilevel degenerative disc and facet disease contributing to moderate canal stenosis at L3-L4 and L4-L5
