- Acute bilateral vertically-oriented sacral insufficiency fractures
- No acute fracture or traumatic malalignment of the lumbar spine
- Multilevel degenerative changes with advanced disc space narrowing and vacuum disc phenomenon at L1-L2 and L5-S1
- Moderate to severe degenerative spinal canal stenosis at L3-L4 and L4-L5
- Incidental left adrenal myelolipoma
