Findings
- No acute fracture or traumatic malalignment of the cervical spine
- Retrolisthesis of C3 on C4 and of C4 on C5, likely degenerative in etiology
- Multilevel advanced cervical spondylosis contributing to severe canal stenosis at C3-C4 and C4-C5
- Extensive facial fractures, which are partially imaged, including:
- Right pterygoid plate fractures
- Fractures of all walls of the right maxillary sinus with hemosinus
- Fracture of the right orbital floor with adjacent extraconal hemorrhage and gas
- Comminuted fractures of the subcondylar right mandible and right mandibular ramus
- Transverse fracture through the inferior aspect of the right zygoma
- Scattered soft tissue gas in the deep spaces of the neck, including in the right temporomandibular joint
- Partially imaged endotracheal tube
- Surgical changes of left neck dissection
- Hypoplastic appearance of the right mandibular condyle
- Biapical centrilobular and paraseptal emphysema
