Diagnosis
Atlantoaxial rotatory fixation

No acute fracture.
Rotation of C1 on C2 with asymmetry of the lateral atlantodental intervals on coronal and axial images. While this finding could relate to patient positioning, atlantoaxial rotatory fixation could have a similar appearance. Consider MRI to exclude ligamentous injury.
