Findings
- Focal hyperattenuation associated with an M2 branch of the right MCA
- No definite areas of loss of gray-white differentiation
- Patchy subcortical and periventricular white matter hypoattenuation
- Calcified intracranial atherosclerosis
Diagnosis
Acute right MCA territory infarct (dense vessel sign)
