Diagnosis

Artery of Percheron infarct

Sample Report

Small areas of hypoattenuation in both thalami represent age-indeterminate infarcts. Recommend brain MRI for further evaluation.

No evidence of acute hemorrhage, mass effect, or hydrocephalus.
