Indication: Headache, right facial droop

Findings

  • Acute left putaminal parenchymal hematoma measuring 1.3 x 1.9 x 2.8 cm (calculated volume 3.5 mL)
  • Mild surrounding vasogenic edema with crowding of sulci along the left sylvian fissure but no herniation or hydrocephalus

Diagnosis

Hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage
