- Mild global ventriculomegaly, most notably of the third ventricle and temporal horns of the lateral ventricles
Diagnosis
Hydrocephalus
Sample Report
Mild global ventriculomegaly including rounding of the third ventricle and enlargement of the temporal horns of the lateral ventricles without corresponding brain atrophy. Findings are concerning for hydrocephalus.
No acute large vascular territory infarct, hemorrhage, or mass effect.
