Findings

Diagnosis

Dural venous sinus thrombosis

Sample Report

Findings concerning for dural venous sinus thrombosis with patchy areas of subcortical hypoattenuation alongside the superior sagittal sinus concerning for edema or developing venous infarcts. Recommend brain MRI with and without contrast for further evaluation.

Possible small volume subarachnoid overlying the right frontal lobe without additional evidence of intra- or extraaxial hemorrhage.
