Diagnosis

Calcific tendinitis of the longus colli

Sample Report

Amorphous calcification eccentric to the left just inferior to the anterior arch of C1 with prevertebral edema spanning C2-C5. These findings are suggestive of calcific tendinitis of the longus colli.

No acute arterial findings in the neck.
