Right submandibular sialadenitis with sialolithiasis

Sample Report

Enlarged, hyperenhancing right submandibular gland with surrounding fat stranding, consistent with acute sialadenitis. Multiple small sialoliths are noted in Wharton's duct, which is dilated. Recommend ENT consultation.

Carious right second mandibular molar with periapical lucency but no subperiosteal abscess.

Reactive enlargement of multiple cervical and submandibular lymph nodes without suppurative changes.
