- Extensive infiltrative transspatial edema throughout the deep space of the neck without peripherally enhancing fluid collection
- Subcutaneous edema involving the lower left face and left submandibular region
- Centrilobular and paraseptal emphysema in the imaged lung apices
- Extensive mucosal thickening and layering aerated secretions in the paranasal sinuses

Extensive transspatial edema through the deep spaces of the neck which may represent angioedema or extensive deep neck cellulitis. No abscess or venous thrombosis.
Extensive mucosal thickening and layering aerated secretions in the paranasal sinuses, which could represent acute sinusitis.
