Findings
- Extensive infiltrative transspatial fluid throughout the deep space of the neck without abscess
- Partially imaged endotracheal tube
- Fluid layering in the pharynx
- Trace subcutaneous emphysema ventral to the larynx
Diagnosis
Angioedema
Sample Report

Partially imaged endotracheal tube with fluid layering in the pharynx likely related to intubated status.
Small amount of soft tissue emphysema ventral to the larynx, which may be posttraumatic.
