Calcific tendinitis of the longus colli muscle

Sample Report

Amorphous calcification in the left longus colli muscle/tendon adjacent to the anterior arch of C1 with a small amount of prevertebral edema extending inferiorly to the level of C2-C3. Findings raise concern for calcific tendinitis of the longus colli.
