  • Acute minimally displaced longitudinally oriented distal radial fracture extending into the radiocarpal joint with less than 1 mm articular surface step-off
  • Mild degenerative changes of the first CMC and triscaphe joints
  • Osteopenia

Diagnosis

Distal radial fracture (Frykman III)

No joint malalignment.

Mild degenerative changes of the first CMC and triscaphe joints.

Osteopenia.
