Fixed flexion of the fifth DIP joint consistent with mallet finger, which indicates age-indeterminate extensor tendon injury.
Mild ulnar and palmar subluxation of the first MCP joint, which may be developmental variation or could relate to radial collateral ligament injury.
Mild degenerative changes of the first MCP and CMC joints.
