Triquetral fracture

Sample Report

Acute comminuted and impacted fracture of the distal radius with extension into the radiocarpal and distal radioulnar joints and mild dorsal tilt.

Acute mildly displaced dorsal triquetral avulsion fracture.

Acquired positive ulnar variance.

Soft tissue swelling about the wrist.
