Findings
- Acute perilunate dislocation
- Acute scaphoid waist fracture with 5 mm radial displacement of the distal fracture fragment
- Osseous fragments along the dorsal margin of the distal radius
- Remote healed distal radial fracture and nonunited ulnar styloid tip fracture
- Rounded metallic foreign body in the soft tissues along the volar aspect of the third metacarpal
- Soft tissue swelling about the wrist
Diagnosis
Perilunate dislocation
Sample Report
Acute transscaphoid perilunate dislocation with 5 mm radial displacement of the distal scaphoid waist fracture fragment. Osseous fragments along the dorsal margin of the distal radius may represent shear fractures from Lister's tubercle or from the dorsal lunate.
Remote healed distal radial fracture and nonunited ulnar styloid tip fracture.
Rounded metallic foreign body in the soft tissues along the volar aspect of the third metacarpal.
Soft tissue swelling about the wrist.
