Diagnosis

Anterior shoulder dislocation with Hill-Sachs fracture

Sample Report

Anterior shoulder dislocation with a large Hill-Sachs impaction fracture in the posterior aspect of the humeral head. Recommend attention on post-reduction radiographs for additional fractures.

Acromioclavicular alignment is maintained.
